Return and Exchange Policy.

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receiving an order.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.

The item to be returned or exchanged must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, with all packaging and paperwork.

We are not liable for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

*When starting an exchange, items will not be held until return has been sent and processed, items are subject to become out of stock before returns are processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued store credit which you can use towards your next order.

Also please keep in mind returns are not processed until they have either been sent or delivered back to our facility.

  • Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags or it may be rejected
  • Personal items aren't eligible for returns
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition
  • We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange a refund will be issued for the items returned
  • You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed
  • We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
